- Provide travelers with pre-trip briefings on risks, health protocols, and security.

- Ensure travelers have access to emergency contacts and travel assistance services.
- Collect and store traveler itineraries and contact details securely.
Monitoring & Incident Management
- Implement real-time monitoring and alert systems for traveler safety.
- Establish clear reporting channels for incidents or emergencies.

Review & Continuous Improvement
